Where do you source your ingredients?

All of my ingredients are sourced from local Arizona businesses, farmers, markets or right from my own mother’s backyard. I love being able to support local businesses because I understand how important it is for our communities!
 

How are your products sustainable?

Not only are all of our ingredients sourced locally + sustainable, but we use absolutely NO OR LITTLE TO NONE - plastic packaging and only recyclable packaging. Most products don’t come packaged at all as a way to reduce our ecological footprint.
 

What is in your products?

We pride ourselves on only using the highest-quality, organic and all-natural ingredients. Our products are ALWAYS free of fragrance oils, harsh chemicals and parabens. Always vegan, and always full of love + intention.
 

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S + Canada.

However, because we call the Sonoran desert our home, we are unable to ship some products during the summer months between May - October locally.
 

Can i only purchase your products online?

No! We can be found in retail stores around the valley, just ask and keep an eye out as Morning Mist is always rotating out items - we sell out quickly!
 

Do you do custom orders?

We love working with our customers to bring your sustainable, local goods to life! We have worked with retail stores to create custom products and formulas. We also work with you to create products for your wedding or party favors!

store policies and shipping information

Processing time -

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, please give me 3-7 business days to pack, and prepare order prior to your added on shipping date.

Processing time + Carrier transit time + 1 day = Estimated Delivery Date

For example: If the processing time for an item you purchased is 3-5 days, and the transit time for the shipping method you chose is usually 2-4 days, your estimated delivery date is 5-9 days from today.

PLEASE NOTE: EVERY PACKAGE OVER 16 OUNCES IS AUTOMATICALLY PRIORITY SHIPPING BASED ON WEIGHT WHICH IS OUT OF MY CONTROL- this doesn’t guarantee you will get your package 2 days from when you purchase it. I still need processing, fulfillment, and shipping then delivery time.

Customs and import taxes -

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or delays due to the USPS.

These products are not in any way intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease.

As the shop owner I am not liable or responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.

For any issues with your order

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery (if product arrives damaged or reaction occurs)

Anything outside of the listed time frame I will not accept

I cannot accept returns, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Pre-orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I do not accept refunds either, only store credit is available
